The Ten Crucial Days of the American Revolution mark a critical time in American history and an important turning point in the struggle for independence from Great Britain. Learn about the events, soldiers, and local people who helped change the direction of American history.

The class consists of slow gentle movements based on classic Tai Chi principles. You simply do what you see and "go with the flow."
